Our bakery was born from a desire to honor family, preserve tradition, and share the comfort of Swedish baking with our community. What began as a personal legacy; recipes passed down, stories shared over coffee, and the familiar scent of cardamom filling the kitchen, has grown into a space where everyone is invited to feel at home. Every bun we twist and every loaf we bake is our way of keeping those traditions alive while offering something real and meaningful to Central Florida. Scandi Bakery is more than a business to us; it’s a continuation of our family’s story, shaped with care and shared with the people around us. SWEDISH CINNAMON BUN

Layers of fluffy dough filled with aromatic cardamom and cinnamon. Topped with crunchy pearl sugar imported straight from Sweden.

BROWN SUGAR
CARDAMOM BUN

Soft and fluffy bun with rich brown sugar and aromatic Swedish cardamom.

DARK CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO BUN

Spiced bun swirled with espresso infused dark chocolate and finished with lightly roasted pistachios.

SWEDISH BROWNIE

Our take on the classic Kladdkaka; a very fudgy dark chocolate brownie, warmed with Swedish spices and topped with a sprinkle of imported flaky sea salt.

NORDIC ALMOND BAR

Buttery shortbread bar filled with layers of nutty almond paste and white chocolate. Topped with crunchy roasted almonds.

SPICED LINGONBERRY STREUSEL BAR

Native berries to Scandinavia with a distinct tart and floral taste. Buttery shortbread base, gooey lingonberry center, topped with a spiced crumbly streusel.

A Small-Batch Husband & Wife Bakery

Scandi Bakery is just the two of us; a husband and wife team carrying forward a piece of our family’s Swedish heritage. We bake in small batches with intention, taking our time to twist and shape each bun by hand. We hope every pastry you take home brings you the same sense of comfort, nostalgia, and warmth it brings us to make them.
