What is a mobile bakery?
We're a bakery on wheels! We pop up at local farmers markets, events, and special locations throughout the month. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook or check our Schedule page to see where we'll be next.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?
We typically do not offer gluten free or vegan items. Our main recipes contain real butter, flour, and eggs.
Where can I find you?
While we don't have a physical location for our bakery, we do operate at local farmers markets in the Orlando area. We update our schedule monthly on our Schedule page for the markets we will be attending.
What makes Swedish cinnamon buns different?
They're less sweet than American style cinnamon rolls and flavored with warm spices like cardamom and cinnamon. No overly icing, just crunchy pearl sugar imported straight from Sweden. This is the most traditional pastry in Sweden with a focus on flavor over sweetness.
What kind of baked goods do you sell?
We specialize in traditional Swedish cinnamon buns, cardamom buns, and other Scandinavian inspired treats.
Do you take preorders?
We do take preorders for market pick up or delivery for large events on a request by request basis. Orders for market pick up must be placed at least one week in advance. As we are only a husband and wife team, we do our best to accommodate all orders and requests!
Do you do custom orders, bulk orders, or events?
While we don't set up or vend at private events, we do offer custom and bulk orders for pick up . We also offer delivery for large events. If you'd like to place an order, just fill out the Contact Us form with the details, and we'll get back to you soon!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
