What is a mobile bakery?
We're a bakery on wheels! We pop up at local farmers markets, events, and special locations throughout the month. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook or check our Schedule page to see where we'll be next.
Do you offer gluten free or vegan options?
We typically do not offer gluten free or vegan items. Our main recipes contain real butter, flour, and eggs.
Where can I find you?
We update our schedule monthly on our Schedule page. You can usually catch us at local Orlando area markets and events.
What makes Swedish cinnamon buns different?
They're less sweet than American style cinnamon rolls and flavored with warm spices like cardamom and cinnamon. No icing just crunchy pearl sugar imported straight from Sweden. The most traditional pastry in Sweden with a focus on flavor over sweetness.
What kind of baked goods do you sell?
We specialize in traditional Swedish cinnamon buns, cardamom buns, and other Scandinavian inspired treats.
Do you take preorders?
At this time we are not taking preorders. As we adjust to the needs of our market crowds, we may consider offering this in the future!
Do you do custom orders, bulk orders, or events?
While we don't set up or vend at private events, we do offer custom and bulk orders for things like birthdays, showers, office events, and special gatherings. If you'd like to place an order, just fill out the Contact Us form with the details, and we'll get back to you!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.
